we must reconstruct Japanese education

Central Council for Education of Ministry of education and science gives up the ideas that they raise “moral” to regular subject in schools.
Prime Minister Abe, who was knocked out in the election of upper house in July and resigned in September 12, has been insisting that moral education should be promoted.
He also insists that nationalism and tradition is important.
So he intended to compel nationalism and tradition and moral on students.
By compelling tradition and nationalism, he intends to hide the wide-spreading poverty from people.
But such his attitude made people angry.
People demand government to guarantee their rights to live.
They thought that Abe cannot response their demand.
So Abe was knocked out and resigned.
I think it is laughable for politicians to compel moral on people.
Politicians are corrupted and no right to preach on moral to people.
And Japanese budget for education is poor.
According to OECD, the percentage of Japanese educational budget for GDP is the second small in OECD countries.
It is due to Koizumi, the former prime minister.
Koizumi cut the budget for education, though he used phrase “rice of 100 straw bags” when he became prime Minister in 2001.
The phrase came from following story;
In 1868, Nagaoka state was defeated in the Boshin war.
Nagaoka state got rice 100 straw bags as aid.
But the leader of the state banned to eat the rice and build schools.
The phrase is for promoting education.
But Koizumi destroyed education by cutting budget.
I think Koizumi swindled people politically.
If Abe wanted to reform education, he should have increase educational budget.
But he did not so. He is no ability to correct Koizumi’s error.
We must reconstruct the education destroyed by Koizumi.
