Administrative reform neglects the actual conditions of fields!
Administrative reforms in local governments are often wrong.
I think many governments neglects the actual conditions of fields.
And though they cut budget on education, welfare and health, they continue constructing roads and buildings.
Mayor of Fuchu city Ito Kazuyoshi had been bureaucrat of Ministry of construction since he became sub mayor of the city.
He suddenly insists cut the budget on the kinder garden which was founded as cities’ kinder garden.
The City donated land and building and machines to the kinder garden when it was build.
But Ito sends the pamphlets telling a lie by saying that there is no capital relation between the city and kinder gardens to citizens.
And Ito used much money by constructing new town though the population is decreasing.
The city lost much money.
But it is wrong that Ito stops the budget on the kinder garden.
I think in Japan, political power of women is very weak.
And much of welfare or educational workers are women.
That is why politicians and bureaucrats cut budget on welfare and education and waste money by continuing construction of buildings and new towns.
We should exclude gender bias from administrative reform.
More women should take part in political decision.
