Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished participants,
I speak to you today from Hiroshima—not only a city of memory, but a city of moral imagination. A place where the horrors of war gave birth to a global call for peace, dignity, and democratic renewal.
But today, that global order is trembling. The United States, long seen as a beacon of human rights and democracy, now faces internal fragmentation. Trade wars, reckless foreign interventions, and deep political polarization have brought the country to the brink of civil unrest. The very foundations of democratic governance are under strain.
Yet the crisis is not only American. When the world’s most powerful democracy falters, the risk is global: human rights recede, environmental protections weaken, and authoritarianism finds new space to grow.
So we must ask: Can we still rely on the United States to defend democracy? Or must we now build a new foundation—one rooted not in superpower dominance, but in citizen-led action?
In Hiroshima, we have chosen the latter.
Our movement, Shomin Kakumei Hiroshima—the “People’s Revolution of Hiroshima”—is not a party, not a faction, but a civic uprising. We are ordinary citizens organizing to reclaim our prefecture from opaque governance, environmental neglect, and political inertia. We are recruiting candidates through open calls, conducting public interviews, and crafting policies from the ground up.
We do not wait for Washington. We do not wait for Tokyo. We act—because democracy begins with us.
We believe that human rights must be defended not by distant powers, but by local communities. That democracy must be rebuilt not through slogans, but through daily participation. And that peace must be pursued not only between nations, but within them—through transparency, justice, and care.
In this spirit, we call for:
A global network of municipalities and citizens to defend human rights beyond national borders
A shift from dependency on superpowers to ethical, decentralized diplomacy
A new model of democracy rooted in lived experience, not elite consensus
Hiroshima once taught the world the cost of silence. Today, we offer a new lesson: that ordinary people, acting together, can reclaim the future.
Let us build a world where democracy is not outsourced, but owned. Where human rights are not granted, but practiced. And where peace is not promised, but lived.

An Asian passenger was assaulted by United Airlie!
Overbooking was occured in an airplane of United airline because the company did not think of employees seat.
In such case,most company deal with passengers as priority.
But United airlines assaulted an Asian passenger who dinyed requirement to get off the plane.
He is a doctor who should see patients in his eistination.
It was strange all passengers who was required to get off the plane was Asians.
Ladies and gentlmen!
Let's overthrew the United Airline by boycott the company!

In 1991,the USSR(Soviet Union) collapsed and the cold war was over.
And most people thought that the age of ideology had been over.
And most people believed that the democracy win and the world will turn to peace.
Now 25 years passed.
In Japan,the government party LDP and the Prime Minister Shinzo Abe ignores the constitution and promotes poverty.
Why did the poverty spread in Japan?
Why the government party ignores the constitution?
In fact,Ideology never extinct.
In 1990s in Japan,Neoliberalism was called “Reform” and was disguised as Justice of the age.
Most people expected that the deregulation remove corruption from Japanese economy and politics.
But the expectation was betrayed.

The Prime Minister Aso is disappointing many people by misreading many sentences.
For example, he mistakes “often” for “complicated” when he commented on relation between Japan and China.
Many people think Aso reads only comics and no intelligent books.
Many people think it is because Aso misread many sentences or phrases.
I am afraid that he misunderstands that anti-intelligent is democratic.
He is famous for his wealth. “Aso” is the one of the largest cement company in Japan.
By pretending to be foolish he intends to compensate his lacking of “sense of ordinary people” and attract people.
But I think he is failing to attract people.
People think Aso has neither sense of ordinary people nor intelligence which many riches have.
Aso is the politician who is made of both the worst dimension of rich and poor.
I think even if the politician is rich, he or she only has to study on poor people or let poor people take part in politics. To do best on our position is necessary for us to get support from many people.
It is the worst that Aso pretends to ordinary people and ignores needs of such people.
Aso does not his best, I think. His economic policy disappoints people.
He stated the government 12 thousands yen for everyone.
But it can have no effect on economy.
For poor people, escaping from tax for care or medicine helps their lives.
If he cannot change his way, he should resign the prime minister.

Prime Minister Fukuda expressed resignation in 1st Sep, 2008.
He accused the opposition party the DPJ for political confusion.
It is very strange that the government attribute political confusion to the opposition party.
I think the LDP has no ability to govern this country.
Now the election of the president of LDP is on now.
LDP intends to win the next general election by using popularity of new president of LDP.
I think LDP is insulting the people.
We must KO the LDP and the 2nd government party Komeito.

It is a great honour and pleasure for me,to speak to you on Hiroshima bombing commemoration. We all should think of the victims and do everything, to cancel all nuclear weapons.
One of the most important strategies to come to a nuclear weapon free world is to abolish all nuclear power stations.
All my live I worked on this target.So I proposed in the year 2000 the renewable energy law to create a new industry for Renewables.This law is very successful.I am thankful,receiving therefore the nuclear free future award.

TV reporters visited his parents’ house in Aomori.
Parents apologized on their child’s crime.
His mother cried out.
But it is strange that parents apologize on the crime committed by their grown children.
I think it is related to Japanese old fashioned system and mind.
Japanese system is designed on such suppose that family member should be have all responsibility on the other family member.
Japanese people cannot receive social welfare service if they have family.
Bureaucrats insist by saying “You should be cared by your family!”
That’s why Japanese social security is poor compared with the other developed countries.
Women should look after their parents and their husband’s parents.
In Japan, many women and young people are part-time workers or dispatched workers.
They can receive extremely cheaper wage than middle age male full-time workers.
If your family is rich, such system is no harm for you.
But if your family is poor, you should live un-humanistic life.
I think we abolish such old fashioned system in which families have all responsibility on all problems.
Such system suffers young people and parents.

Japanese system supposes that all people belong to families that consist of husbands and wives and children and all the people works in daytime.
But it is old fashioned supposition.
There are many single people and single mothers and single fathers, sexual minorities.
And many people work in midnight or early in the morning.
There is serious contradiction between the system and reality.
A citizen of Fukuyama city appealed that it is difficult for he or her to keep the rule on the garbage.
The rule orders us to bring garbage to the trash box by 8 o’clock.
We should not bring garbage early in the morning or midnight.
But he or she leave home early in the morning and go home late at night.
He or she cannot bring garbage to trash box.
He or she is angry at the rule .He or she said that the rule is designed for the typical families.
He or she said that he or she had violated his or her human right by the city.
I agree with him or her.
We should reconstruct the political system.
We should design system that never discriminate people by their life styles.
